• Role & Company / Project Overview: Garve Group (Garve Motocorp Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a professional Service Advisor to manage customer service reception and vehicle service coordination at our Baner, Pune facility. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Greet service customers, understand vehicle issues, and prepare repair job cards. - Estimate repair costs and timelines; communicate progress updates to vehicle owners. - Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Customer Service Executive in an automotive dealership workshop. - Strong verbal communication, technical comprehension, and customer handling skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Garve Motocorp Pvt.
