• Role & Company / Project Overview Skill2Hire Technologies is hiring a Senior AI Engineer – Generative AI & ML Engineering. Looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python Backend Development, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agent Development to build and deploy scalable AI-powered applications. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications. - Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows. - Develop Python backend services and API integrations. - Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), tool calling, and AI automation. - Deploy and monitor AI applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. - Mentor and guide engineering teams. - Lead production-level AI application development. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 6–10 Years. - Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or a related field. - Mandatory Skills: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs. - Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI. - Deep working knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph. - Hands-on experience with RAG and Vector Databases. - Cloud & Database proficiency: AWS Cloud, SQL. - Proven experience in API Integration, Tool Calling, and deploying AI applications in production. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune - Employment Type: Full-Time - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should share their updated resume along with candidate details including Total Experience, Relevant GenAI Experience, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period, and Current Location.
