• Role & Company / Project Overview We are recruiting a Head of VIP France to lead and develop high-value player management, VIP retention, and VIP engagement strategies based in Prague. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Direct and scale the VIP account management department catering to the French gaming market - Design and execute exclusive loyalty programs, high-touch events, and personalized retention initiatives - Oversee VIP team performance, monitor net gaming revenue (NGR), and nurture elite client relationships • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven leadership experience heading or managing VIP player operations within online gaming - Native or fluent command of French along with strong English communication skills - Exceptional relationship-building, commercial negotiation, and VIP player lifecycle management expertise • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Prague, Czech Republic - Work arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid • Compensation & Benefits - Attractive executive remuneration package including performance-linked bonuses • Application Instructions - Qualified applicants are invited to send their CV to the recruiter via email.
