• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Power Systems Engineer / Architect / SME to help design, model, analyze, and validate next-generation electrical power systems supporting AI/Hyperscale Data Centers, Microgrids, BESS, Renewable Energy, Industrial Power Systems, and Grid Modernization. This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity for someone who can go beyond running studies—someone who understands system behavior, inverter-based resources, grid integration, and complex electrical architectures and can serve as a trusted technical SME for engineering teams and customers. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Help design, model, analyze, and validate next-generation electrical power systems. - Support power systems for AI/Hyperscale Data Centers, Microgrids, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Renewable Energy, Industrial Power Systems, and Grid Modernization. - Serve as a trusted technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Technical Lead for engineering teams and customers. - Go beyond running studies to understand system behavior, inverter-based resources, grid integration, and complex electrical architectures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Systems / Power Electronics or related specialization. - 8+ years of industrial power systems experience. - Proven ability to serve as a Power Systems SME / Technical Lead. - Experience supporting utility, renewable, microgrid, industrial, or data center applications. - Strong understanding of power electronics, converter controls, grid codes, protection, and interconnection requirements. - Top 5 Must-Have Skills: 1. Grid-Forming & Grid-Following Inverters 2. Power System Studies & Simulation 3. Power-System Modeling Tools 4. Data Center Power Systems 5.
