• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst – Originations & Credit with strong expertise in consumer lending, loan origination, and credit decisioning. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, improve the loan application journey, and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and business outcomes. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive product strategy and optimize the end-to-end loan application journey. - Deliver data-driven solutions that improve customer experience and drive measurable business results. - Define and author detailed PRDs, user stories, business requirements, and product roadmaps. - Analyze large datasets and build dashboards using SQL and advanced analytical tools. - Collaborate closely across cross-functional partners including engineering, design, risk, fraud, legal, and compliance teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of Product Management / Product Analyst experience in lending, financing, or credit products. - Strong knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, credit decisioning, approval engines, and risk-based pricing. - Hands-on experience working with soft/hard credit pulls, approval logic, loan amounts, LTV, and counteroffers. - In-depth knowledge of fraud prevention techniques, identity verification, and risk controls. - Solid understanding of consumer credit regulations including TILA, ECOA, Fair Lending, and CFPB guidelines. - Strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, dashboard creation, and large-dataset analysis. - Proven track record in creating PRDs, user stories, business requirements, and roadmaps. - Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering, design, risk, fraud, legal, and compliance units. - Automotive finance, fintech, or consumer lending experience is highly preferred. - Familiarity with AI/ML-driven credit decisioning and fraud detection models is a plus. - Visa eligibility: GC, USC, H4 EAD, or H1B. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Plano, TX (Onsite - Local candidates required). • Compensation & Benefits - Expected rate / compensation to be discussed based on profile. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume, LinkedIn profile, current location, visa status, and expected rate.
