Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee enterprise network infrastructure projects across LAN, WAN, OT networks, network security, and wireless environments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead end-to-end network project delivery, including planning, implementation, migration, testing, cutover, and handover. - Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and change control. - Lead engineering teams and coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and delivery partners. - Serve as a key customer liaison and manage stakeholder communications. - Drive Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) and continuous improvement through Kaizen. - Coach team members and standardize delivery processes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Work Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card holders only. - Local Requirement: Texas locals only. - Required Skills: - LAN/WAN, routing and switching, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi. - Firewalls, NAC, and network segmentation. - Network project management and end-to-end delivery. - Customer and stakeholder management. - Team leadership and vendor management. - Preferred Qualifications: - OT/industrial networking experience. - Manufacturing or automotive industry experience. - Knowledge of Kaizen/Lean methodologies. - PMP, CCNA/CCNP, or ITIL certifications.
