Role & Company / Project Overview: Jai Automotive Components Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive product and process quality improvements across manufacturing lines. • Oversee quality control systems, root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why), and CAPA implementation. • Manage customer quality issues and internal auditing processes. • Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001). • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to maintain zero-defect standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field. • 6 to 8 years of proven experience in quality assurance/control within the automotive manufacturing sector. • Strong hands-on knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team handling skills.
