### Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for the position of NPD Manager (New Product Development) in the Food Packaging Machinery / Industrial Machinery manufacturing sector in Pithampur. This is an on-roll permanent job profile. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead new product development from initial concept to final production • Develop innovative machine designs and improve existing products • Coordinate actively with Design, Production, Purchase, and Quality teams • Manage product development projects, schedules, timelines, and costs • Drive product innovation, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvements • Ensure product quality, performance, and long-term reliability • Identify new technologies and opportunities for continuous product improvement ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering • Experience: 12 to 18 years of relevant industrial experience in machine design and product development • Industry background: Food Packaging Machinery / Industrial Machinery ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh • Job Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week) • Work setup: Onsite ### Compensation & Benefits • Employment type: On-Roll Job Profile • Transportation: Bus facility provided by the company • Meals: Canteen facility provided by the company ### Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to share their updated resume first via email or WhatsApp. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the HR team.
