Role & Company / Project Overview: ARDB Bank (Agricultural and Rural Development Bank), a state-owned bank dedicated to financing and providing banking services to agricultural production value chains to support farmers and socio-economic development, is hiring a Senior Green Loan Officer (2 positions available) based at the Head Office. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Evaluate, process, and manage green financing and agricultural loan applications. • Assess environmental and sustainability criteria for loan approval in alignment with green banking standards. • Monitor loan portfolio performance, conduct risk assessments, and maintain strong client relationships. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven professional banking and credit/lending experience, with expertise or familiarity in green/sustainable finance or agricultural loans. • Strong analytical, credit appraisal, and risk management capabilities. • Excellent communication, relationship management, and reporting skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. • Working Hours: Standard working hours during official business days.
