Role & Company / Project Overview: ARDB Bank (Agricultural and Rural Development Bank), a state-owned bank in Cambodia focused on providing banking and credit facilities to agricultural value chains and economic development, is seeking candidates for the position of Senior SME Loan Officer (3 positions available) based at the Head Office. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Review, assess, and underwrite Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) loan applications. • Analyze financial statements, business cash flows, and collateral viability for SME borrowers. • Maintain ongoing relationship management with SME clients and monitor repayment schedules. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Solid background in SME banking, credit assessment, financial statement analysis, and commercial lending. • Proven experience in risk evaluation and client portfolio management. • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and professional communication skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. • Working Hours: Regular working hours, Monday through business days.
