### Role & Company / Project Overview HFC (CAMBODIA) Microfinance Plc is hiring a Supervisor - Credit Analysis (01 Post) to join their operations in Phnom Penh. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Supervise and evaluate credit applications and loan assessment procedures. • Analyze financial statements, borrower cash flow, creditworthiness, and risk profiles. • Provide expert recommendations on loan approvals in compliance with risk management guidelines. • Guide, mentor, and review the work of credit analysis officers. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven experience in credit analysis, loan underwriting, or risk assessment within the banking/MFI sector. • Strong financial analysis, critical thinking, and supervisory skills. • Relevant degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related field. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia • Work Setup: Onsite ### Application Instructions • Submit your CV through the designated recruitment email or the official application link.
