### Role & Company / Project Overview HFC (CAMBODIA) Microfinance Plc is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Senior / Officer - Recovery (02 Posts) in Phnom Penh. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage non-performing and overdue loan accounts directly. • Conduct regular field visits and direct communications with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment solutions. • Maintain detailed recovery records and prepare status reports for management. • Coordinate with credit and legal units on unresolved default cases. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience in debt collection, recovery, or credit monitoring in banking or microfinance. • Good negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities. • Self-motivated and capable of conducting field-based recovery work. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia • Work Setup: Onsite / Field work ### Application Instructions • Send your CV to the recruitment contact or apply via the provided link.
