Role & Company / Project Overview: SchneiTec is hiring a Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance (1 post available) to join their operations in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise electrical maintenance teams, technicians, and daily onsite maintenance activities. - Implement scheduled preventive maintenance routines and ensure quick resolution of electrical equipment breakdowns. - Enforce workplace safety protocols and maintenance quality standards. - Report operational metrics and equipment status directly to the maintenance manager. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. - Demonstrated supervisory experience in electrical maintenance operations. - Strong technical troubleshooting skills, safety compliance knowledge, and operational leadership capabilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Location: Boeung Kak, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. - Onsite supervisory position.
