Role & Company / Project Overview: Innovex AI is hiring an Outbound Cold Caller / Real Estate Sales representative to join and work with a remote client team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Make outbound calls to prospective real estate customers • Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads • Identify potential sales opportunities • Handle basic objections professionally • Follow calling scripts and standard operating processes • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records • Book qualified appointments for the sales team • Maintain a benchmark pace of 30–40 outbound calls per hour Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven previous outbound cold calling experience • Experience in real estate sales or lead generation • Clear and confident spoken English communication skills • Strong communication and active listening skills • Comfortable with meeting KPIs and outbound call targets • Professional, persistent, and results-oriented approach • Real Estate cold calling experience is a plus • Australian real estate market experience is a plus Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Philippines (Remote / Work from Home) • Schedule: Part-Time, 20 Hours per week, Monday to Friday • Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Sydney Time (AEST/AEDT) • Setup: Reliable internet connection and dedicated WFH setup required Compensation & Benefits: • Part-time remote compensation package Application Instructions: • Submit your application directly to the hiring team via email.
