Role & Company / Project Overview: HIREWORKMATE is hiring a full-time Outbound Appointment Setter to support Australian solar, renewable energy, and battery storage businesses. This is a full-time, remote position operating on a dayshift schedule aligned with Australian business hours. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce solar and battery storage solutions. • Qualify leads by understanding their energy needs, property suitability, interest, and purchasing timeline. • Book qualified appointments for solar consultants and sales teams. • Follow up with interested prospects, confirm appointments, and reschedule when needed. • Handle initial questions and objections professionally using approved scripts and accurate product information. • Maintain accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, customer details, follow-up actions, and appointment notes. • Track daily calls, qualified leads, appointments booked, and attendance against agreed targets. • Follow company calling procedures, privacy requirements, and do-not-call instructions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or telephone sales. • Strong spoken and written English, with a clear and confident phone manner. • Comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and managing rejection professionally. • Able to qualify prospects and book appointments that meet the sales team's criteria. • Familiar with CRM systems, calling tools, Google Sheets, and calendar management. GoHighLevel experience is a plus. • Organised, reliable, and comfortable working toward performance targets. • Reliable internet connection, a suitable headset, and a quiet workspace. • Available full-time, with working hours aligned with Australian business hours. • Advantageous (not required): Basic understanding of solar energy, renewable energy, EV batteries, battery storage, or related technologies. Experience calling Australian customers is also a plus.
