Role & Company / Project Overview: ZEPPA (Home Help. When You Need It. - an initiative of HEPTA TOTAL SOLUTION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED) is building a technology-enabled home services platform starting from Patna and expanding across Bihar and beyond. We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can build the brand, drive customer acquisition, and make ZEPPA a trusted household name in Bihar and beyond. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy for ZEPPA • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels • Drive brand awareness, app downloads, and customer acquisition in Patna and other target cities • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) • Create engaging content, creatives, and videos • Plan and execute influencer and local marketing campaigns • Manage performance marketing, budgeting, and ROAS • Work closely with product, growth, operations, and design teams for landing pages, in-app campaigns, and CRM • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data and analytics • Build referral, loyalty, subscription, and retention programs • Manage marketing vendors and agencies • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience • Qualification: Graduation or MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing preferred • Background: Preferred experience in Home Services, Hyperlocal, Quick Commerce, Food Delivery, E-commerce, Marketplace, Mobility, Consumer Internet, D2C Brands, or Startup / Growth Marketing • Strong capabilities in data-driven campaign optimization, budget management, creative strategy, and cross-functional collaboration Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Patna, Bihar, India • Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid Compensation & Benefits: • Expected CTC: ₹10,00,000 to ₹16,00,000 per annum (10–16 LPA), based on experience and Patna market standards • Opportunity to work on a high-impact product, shape Bihar's next major technology platform, with high ownership, real on-ground impact, creative freedom, and career growth Application Instructions: • Submit your CV via email or send via WhatsApp (strictly no phone calls)
