• Role & Company / Project Overview: Jobmitra is hiring a dynamic, result-oriented Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to scale the digital growth and lead generation engines for one of its premier clients—a rapidly growing FinTech company based in Indore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive high-impact Performance Marketing and digital growth strategies. - Own, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads setups. - Scale high-quality Lead Generation and conversion funnels. - Oversee data tracking, Campaign Analytics, and strict ROI management. - Shape impactful brand messaging through Content Creation & Social Media. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5 to 10 Years of relevant experience. - Proven track record of scaling FinTech brands or handling complex lead generation portfolios. - Strong expertise in performance marketing, acquisition funnels, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ROI optimization. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site). • Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation: Up to 8 LPA (Based on experience). • Application Instructions: - Submit your updated CV to the designated recruitment email address.
