Role & Company / Project Overview: FindHR is looking for an experienced PHRN QA Specialist to handle quality assurance, auditing, and analytics in a US Healthcare BPO account. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct quality audits adhering strictly to call guidelines and healthcare standards • Perform people management and quality coaching within a healthcare setting • Conduct extensive data analysis, performance trend identification, reporting, and calibration • Build dashboards from scratch and deliver performance analytics Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Active PHRN license • 2 years of QA experience (auditing, adhering to call guidelines & people management with strong healthcare background) in a BPO Setup (US Healthcare Account) • Strong communication skills • Extensive experience in data analysis, performance trend identification, reporting, and calibration • Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated ability to create dashboards from scratch Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Setup: Onsite • Location: Ortigas, Pasig / Cebu • Schedule: Night Shift • Start Date: ASAP Compensation & Benefits: • Salary Range: Up to Php 30,000 - Php 95,000 (depending on account and experience) Application Instructions: Interested applicants should send their updated CV with the subject line formatted as 'Full Name – Position Applying For'.
