Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: FindHR is seeking a qualified USRN Trainer to lead training programs for healthcare professionals in a BPO environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct training and onboarding sessions for new nurse hires and clinical staff • Deliver clinical curriculum, triage protocols, and account-specific guidelines • Assess trainee performance, conduct refresher courses, and facilitate continuous learning Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Active PHRN and USRN License (NY Preferred) • 1 year of trainer experience in a BPO setup • 1 year experience handling healthcare accounts (triage) • Strong instructional, communication, and leadership capabilities Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Setup: Onsite • Location: Ortigas, Pasig / Cebu • Schedule: Night Shift • Start Date: ASAP Compensation & Benefits: • Salary Range: Up to Php 30,000 - Php 95,000 (depending on account and experience) Application Instructions: Interested applicants should forward their updated CV with the subject 'Full Name – Position Applying For'.
