• Role & Company / Project Overview Career opportunity for experienced Medical Affairs Project Management Professionals at the Director Level within the Medical Affairs / Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology / Life Sciences domain. This position provides leadership on critical medical initiatives across cross-functional landscapes. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead end-to-end project management for strategic Medical Affairs initiatives. - Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Coordinate cross-functional teams across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial. - Support strategic planning, annual Plans of Action (POA), and resource allocation. - Manage project budgets, forecasting, and regular financial/milestone reporting. - Coordinate advisory boards, medical education programs, congress activities, and evidence generation programs. - Identify project risks, cross-project dependencies, and proactive mitigation strategies. - Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies and external healthcare regulations. - Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence across initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, accompanied by relevant industry experience. - Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or PhD) preferred. - Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience required for candidates holding an advanced degree. - Proven, strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within corporate settings. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and organizational skills. - Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Medical Operations, or the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry is highly desirable. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is considered a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Parsippany, New Jersey (Remote eligible / Parsippany, NJ - Remote). - Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C). • Compensation & Benefits - Standard compensation package for Director Level W2 employment. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume to the designated recruiting contact email.
