### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE) Manager to lead SAP capability, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the organisation gets maximum value from its SAP landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact on an initial contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and develop the SAP Centre of Excellence, driving best practices, governance, and continuous improvement. • Define and execute the SAP strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. • Drive SAP standardisation, process optimisation, and operational excellence. • Partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and implementation teams to deliver value through SAP. • Oversee SAP application performance, support models, and service delivery. • Champion innovation, transformation, and the adoption of SAP best practices across the organisation. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven experience leading an SAP Centre of Excellence or a comparable SAP leadership function. • Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, governance, operating models, and transformation programmes. • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT. • A track record of driving continuous improvement, standardisation, and business value through SAP. • A strategic mindset combined with the ability to drive hands-on execution. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Paris, France. • Engagement: Initial contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates who meet the qualifications are invited to get in touch to find out more and submit their profile for consideration.
