Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a skilled SAP Ariba Service Owner / Operations Manager for a 12-month contract based in Malaysia (Hybrid, Kuala Lumpur-based candidates preferred). The role oversees Source-to-Contract (S2C) operations, ensures service excellence, and drives continuous improvement across procurement platforms. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Own and manage operational support for SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract (S2C) solutions. - Lead support teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth service delivery. - Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in line with ITIL practices. - Monitor SLAs, KPIs, service performance, and operational risks. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams. - Coordinate production support, issue resolution, and integration-related incidents. - Drive continuous improvement, governance, compliance, and operational controls. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba, procurement systems, or service operations. - Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes. - Hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba environments. - Good knowledge of ITIL service management practices. - Experience managing support teams, external vendors, SLAs, and KPIs. - Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise application interfaces. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur preferred). - Work Model: Hybrid. - Contract Duration: 12 Months. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Send updated CV with the subject line 'SAP Ariba Service Owner – Malaysia'.
