Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Architects Lounge is seeking a skilled Revit Drafts Person to join the team on a project-by-project basis, helping bring architectural ideas to life with accurate and detailed Revit drawings from anywhere in the world. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Create and update architectural models and drawings in Autodesk Revit. - Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings/details. - Convert sketches, PDFs, or existing drawings into accurate Revit models. - Prepare architectural documentation and drawing sets. - Maintain accuracy, consistency with project standards, and clean, organized, editable Revit files with proper layer management. - Coordinate drawings with architectural requirements and the design team. - Complete projects accurately and within agreed deadlines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Revit Draftsman / drafting and modeling (architectural projects preferred). - Strong command of Autodesk Revit (from basic to advanced level). - Strong understanding of architectural drawings, standards, drawing conventions, and construction documentation. - Knowledge and experience with residential and/or commercial projects is a plus. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines. - Good attention to detail, communication skills, and responsiveness. - AutoCAD experience is an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - 100% Remote work (work from anywhere in the world). - Project-based assignments with flexible schedule and collaborative team support. • Compensation & Benefits: - Project-based rate / compensation per assignment. - Potential for long-term collaboration and ongoing opportunities for suitable candidates. • Application Instructions: - Please send your portfolio (if available), relevant experience, and project-based rate via the provided contact channels.
