• Role & Company / Project Overview: Intelligent Consulting Engineers (ICE) is seeking an experienced Mechanical Revit Modeler to join our team for long-term US-based projects. This is a permanent work-from-home position offering the opportunity to work with an international BIM & Engineering consultancy. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute Mechanical BIM modeling and HVAC design tasks for US-based projects using Revit and AutoCAD. - Work with HVAC systems, ductwork design, load calculations, and mechanical equipment selection. - Implement and adhere to US mechanical codes and industry modeling standards. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on project deliverables. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience. - Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD. - Extensive experience in Mechanical BIM/Modeling and HVAC design. - In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, load calculations, and equipment selection. - Good understanding of US mechanical codes and standards. - Prior experience working on US projects is preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Location: Permanent Work From Home (Remote). - Project Scope: US Projects. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates are invited to share their CV directly via email for consideration.
