Role & Company / Project Overview EducatorBridge is seeking a passionate Head of Drama to lead a secondary school Drama department in Oman. This is an opportunity to shape teaching and learning, support fellow teachers, and direct productions that build students' confidence and creativity. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead the secondary school Drama department • Inspire outstanding Drama teaching and learning across the department • Develop comprehensive curriculum and assessment frameworks • Direct school theatrical productions • Mentor fellow teachers, support professional development, and develop departmental talent • Maintain strict commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • A degree in Drama, Theatre, or a related subject • A recognised teaching qualification • Strong secondary Drama teaching experience • Proven experience directing school productions • Department leadership experience is preferred • Dedicated commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Position Type: Full-time Secondary School Department Leadership • Location: Oman (Onsite) Compensation & Benefits • Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per year (after tax) Application Instructions • Send your CV or direct message to apply.
