Role & Company / Project Overview: Kingdom World Trading SPC is seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in Oman. In this role, reporting to the PMO / IT Service Management Team, you will play a critical part in delivering comprehensive technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and contributing directly to daily operations and organizational success. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deploy and configure PCs, laptops, IT assets, peripherals, and software applications. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and network-related issues promptly. • Support digital signature pad replacement activities across multiple on-site locations. • Provide dependable on-site IT technical support across various organizational locations. • Train end-users effectively and coordinate continuously with internal IT teams. • Maintain precise IT asset inventory records and generate regular service and technical reports. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of professional IT Support experience. • Strong practical knowledge of Windows 10+ environments and Active Directory. • Proven hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting expertise (desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices). • Basic networking and TCP/IP protocol knowledge. • Solid communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. • Familiarity with modern and emerging technologies. • Graduate degree is preferred. • Valid Oman Driving License is mandatory. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Oman (On-site across multiple locations). • Working arrangement: On-site.
