• Role & Company / Project Overview ProVise Integrated Solutions LLC is looking for a hands-on and customer-focused L1 IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day IT support in Muscat, Oman. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Desktop, Laptop & PC troubleshooting. - Printer installation, troubleshooting & support. - Microsoft 365 troubleshooting & user support. - Email configuration and troubleshooting. - Internet & Wi-Fi troubleshooting. - Basic IT hardware and software support. - User support and day-to-day technical assistance. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 1–2 Years preferred. - Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking & Microsoft 365. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Presentable and professional personality. - Customer-focused approach. - Oman Driving License – Required/Preferred. - Currently based in Oman preferred. - Available for immediate joining. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment: Full-Time - Location: Muscat, Oman - Joining: Immediate • Compensation & Benefits - Standard company package for L1 IT Support position. • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can forward their CV or contact via phone/WhatsApp.
