Role & Company / Project Overview Dorleco is hiring a Senior Body Controls Module (BCM) Design Release Engineer for an automotive opportunity supporting their direct client in Novi, Michigan. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Oversee the design, development, and engineering release of Body Control Modules (BCM) for vehicle platforms. • Manage supplier technical interactions, component release processes, specifications, and testing verification. • Interface with electrical architecture, hardware, and systems engineering teams to ensure full system compliance and functional integration. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Extensive experience as a Design Release Engineer (DRE) specializing in automotive Body Control Modules (BCM). • Thorough knowledge of automotive electrical architectures, vehicle bus networks, and release management. • Proven background in automotive product development, validation, and lifecycle management.
