Role & Company / Project Overview: Perfecto Media Craft (PMC) is looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to support international clients across the USA & Canada. The ideal candidate takes ownership, communicates clearly, follows up without being reminded, and gets things done. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage daily administrative and virtual assistance tasks for international clients • Handle emails, calendars, scheduling, follow-ups & documentation • Conduct online research and data collection • Maintain spreadsheets, CRM records and client information • Coordinate with clients and internal team members • Prepare reports, presentations and basic business documents • Support lead generation and follow-up activities when required • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time • Communicate professionally with clients from the USA, UK & Canada Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2–4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Admin Executive or similar role • Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken • Good knowledge of Google Workspace & Microsoft Office • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, Gmail, Zoom, Slack/Teams and CRM tools • Strong internet research and organisational skills • Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks • Professional, responsible and detail-oriented approach • Comfortable working with international clients and different time zones • Willingness to learn new tools and processes Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site • Location: Logix Cyber Park, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India • Working Days: 5 Days per week Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: INR 25,000 - INR 35,000 per month Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their CV along with a brief introduction via email or WhatsApp.
