Role & Company / Project Overview: Spectrum Talent Management is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Proposal Writer with experience in US Staffing to join their team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare, write, and manage professional proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for US Staffing clients • Develop compelling responses to client requirements, staffing opportunities, and vendor submissions • Collaborate with sales, recruitment, and business development teams to gather relevant information • Customize proposals based on client needs, job descriptions, and staffing requirements • Ensure proposals are accurate, well-structured, and submitted strictly within deadlines • Maintain a library of proposal templates, company profiles, case studies, and supporting documents Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1 to 4 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably within the US Staffing industry • Strong written communication, grammar, and editing skills • In-depth understanding of US Staffing processes, client submissions, and vendor requirements • Excellent research, coordination, and time-management skills • Proven ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India • Work Mode: On-site • Shift: US Shift Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should share their updated resume with the recruitment team.
