Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a visionary, hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology strategy, scalable architecture, AI innovation, and high-performing engineering teams for a high-growth AI and enterprise SaaS organization. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Define and execute the technology vision & roadmap • Architect and scale enterprise-grade SaaS platforms • Drive AI/ML, GenAI, NLP & intelligent automation • Lead engineering, cloud infrastructure & DevOps • Build, mentor & scale high-performing technology teams • Champion security, scalability, reliability & engineering excellence • Partner with business leadership to drive product & technology innovation • Own the technology roadmap, architecture & innovation Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 12+ Years of relevant professional experience • CTO / VP Engineering / Senior Technology Leadership experience • Education: B.Tech from a Tier-1 Institute — IIT / Top NITs / DTU / IIIT-Delhi or equivalent • Preferred Background: B2B SaaS | AI/ML | Enterprise Technology | Series A+ Startups • Strong background in B2B SaaS & enterprise platforms • Expertise in software architecture & distributed systems • Strong understanding of Cloud, DevOps & scalable infrastructure • Experience with AI/ML, data-driven products & GenAI • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking & stakeholder management Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Employment Type: Full-time • Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India • Work setting: Collaborate with global clients & teams Compensation & Benefits • Opportunity to lead technology for a high-growth AI company and shape the future of an AI-driven technology organization Application Instructions • Apply with Subject Line: CTO – Noida via the provided contact email.
