Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Infotechtion is hiring an accomplished Chief Product Officer to own the product portfolio end to end, including product strategy, roadmap, architecture, engineering, customer success, support, and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap. • Lead Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. • Own product adoption, customer retention, account expansion, and product margins. • Build and cultivate executive relationships with enterprise customers. • Translate customer and market insights directly into strategic product priorities. • Support strategic solutioning, high-value proposals, and pre-sales engagements. • Represent the product with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 15+ years of enterprise software experience. • Senior product leadership experience as a CPO, VP/SVP Product, or equivalent. • Proven ownership of a SaaS product roadmap and its associated commercial outcomes. • Demonstrated experience leading engineering and architecture teams at scale. • Strong enterprise customer and executive stakeholder management capabilities. • Experience across Microsoft Security, Data Governance, Data Protection, AI/Copilot, or Azure Architecture. • Mandatory Requirement: Substantial leadership experience within a product company, with direct ownership of a software or SaaS product. Candidates whose experience is primarily with IT services, consulting, or project-delivery companies are not eligible.
