• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring Engineering Recruiters – US Staffing (Non-IT Technical Recruitment) for our office in Sector 63, Noida. We are seeking motivated and experienced Non-IT Technical Recruiters with hands-on experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment to fill 05 open positions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute end-to-end US Non-IT technical recruitment cycles. - Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and overall candidate coordination effectively. - Manage candidate pipelines through PV / Tier 1 client networks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment. - Hands-on experience in Non-IT Technical Recruitment. - PV / Tier 1 experience is mandatory or strongly preferred. - Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills. - Immediate joiners are welcome. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Onsite). - Shift: Night Shift. - Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working). • Compensation & Benefits: - Cab facility provided. - Meals provided. - Attractive incentives. - Medical insurance coverage. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates with relevant US Staffing experience can submit their updated resume for consideration.
