Role & Company / Project Overview: Makoons Play School (pre-school, daycare, and activity centre) is hiring a results-driven Performance Marketing Professional for its Head Office in Sector 63, Noida. The mission is to drive quality leads for preschool admissions and franchise acquisition, optimize advertising campaign performance, and contribute actively to the expansion of the institution. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive high-quality lead generation for preschool admissions and franchise acquisition. • Plan, execute, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to maximize conversion rates and ensure optimal return on ad spend. • Formulate digital marketing strategies and maintain a strong presence across social media platforms. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 10 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing. • Strong, hands-on expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and contemporary digital marketing techniques. • Proven track record in lead generation, campaign optimization, and analytical performance evaluation. • Prior experience in the education or preschool industry is preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Head Office, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) / On-site. • Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. • Employment Type: Full-Time.
