Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Data Engineering to lead scalable data infrastructure, real-time streaming pipelines, and data engineering teams for client Avision Technosoft (on client payroll). This position operates on a C2C contractual basis for an initial duration of 6 months (extendable), with an immediate or maximum 15-day joining timeline. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead scalable data infrastructure, real-time streaming pipelines, and data engineering teams • Architect and manage modern Data Lake architectures and scalable real-time data platforms • Oversee streaming and batch processing workflows • Drive data modeling initiatives and format standards (Parquet / Avro) • Establish and maintain data quality, data governance, observability, and data lineage practices • Lead and mentor data engineering teams in building robust data platforms Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Total Experience: 12+ years of professional experience • Mandatory / Key Skills: - Apache Kafka / MSK - Debezium / CDC - BigQuery / Redshift - NoSQL / RocksDB - Java & Python - Apache Airflow - Apache Iceberg - AWS Glue & Athena - S3 - ECS / EKS - Terraform / CDK - Docker • Strong Experience Required In: - Data Lake Architecture - Streaming & Batch Processing - Data Modeling - Parquet / Avro - Data Quality & Governance - Observability & Data Lineage - Leadership of Data Engineering teams - Scalable real-time data platforms • Nice to Have: - dbt, Apache Pinot, Trino/Presto, ClickHouse, Druid - GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation • Preferred Domain: FinTech / Financial Services Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India • Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days a Week • Shift: Indian Standard Time (IST) Compensation & Benefits • Budget: ₹1,50,000 – ₹1,70,000 per month (LPM) maximum, based on experience Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via the provided contact email, mentioning 'Senior Manager Data Engineering – Noida' in the subject line.
