### Role & Company / Project Overview An established MNC IT company in the AI Industry is hiring for a Lead Data Engineer for its Data Engineering practice. This is a high-impact, client-facing role involving enterprise data architecture, solution design, technical leadership, and pre-sales. There are 3 openings available. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Define enterprise data architecture, standards, and frameworks. • Design and lead end-to-end data engineering solutions and scalable data platforms. • Design data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data lakes, data warehouses, and data platforms. • Lead complex data engineering engagements and provide technical direction. • Drive data engineering solutioning during pre-sales and client discussions. • Build scalable data solutions, accelerators, and reusable frameworks. • Advise clients on data strategy, cloud platforms, architecture, governance, and security. • Mentor senior data engineers, architects, and technical teams. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Total Experience: 9+ years overall experience. • Data Engineering Experience: 6+ years. • Lead/Architecture Experience: 5+ years. • Notice Period: Maximum 15 days. • Strong expertise in Data Engineering and Data Architecture. • In-depth hands-on knowledge of ETL/ELT, Data Pipelines, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses. • Strong programming and query language skills: Python, SQL, Spark / PySpark. • Proficiency across cloud data platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP. • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms. • Solid understanding of cloud-based data architecture and distributed data processing. • Working knowledge of data governance, security, quality, and industry best practices. • Strong client-facing communication and solutioning skills. • Experience creating technical proposals, estimations, and leading pre-sales efforts. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. • Work Model: Hybrid. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive remuneration as per industry standards for lead-level roles. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply via email or reach out on LinkedIn for future job updates.
