### Role & Company / Project Overview Provana is hiring for the position of Process Analyst – Legal Back Office Executive. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in legal back office operations and KPO/BPM services. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle legal back-office processing and backend administrative operations • Execute day-to-day data and process workflows with high precision and speed • Utilize MS Excel and back-office tools for documentation, auditing, and records management • Collaborate with internal process teams to maintain quality service delivery standards ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation • Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates (0–1 year of experience) • Minimum Age Required: 22 years • Typing Speed: Greater than 30 WPM with 97% accuracy • Strong command over MS Excel • Excellent analytical and communication skills ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: A-68, Sector 64, Noida (Nearest Metro Station: Noida Sector 62) • Working Days: 5 Days working (Saturday & Sunday fixed off) • Shift Timing: Rotational / Night Shifts (Candidates must be comfortable with night shifts) • Interview Window: 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM (HR team will inform of the date) ### Compensation & Benefits • CTC: Up to 3 LPA (₹22,000+ CTC | ₹18,300 in-hand) • Transport: 1-side cab drop facility (during odd shifts) • Meals: 1-time meal provided during night shifts • Allowances & Incentives: Night allowance and performance-based bonus ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply via email or contact for referral.
