Role & Company / Project Overview: Hanux Learning is hiring an experienced Team Leader – US Process based in Noida. The selected professional will lead, guide, and manage team performance on designated US operations and campaigns. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of executives working on US shifts and client campaigns. • Monitor daily key performance indicators (KPIs), operational quality, and productivity metrics. • Conduct regular performance reviews, team briefings, and process training sessions. • Address operational challenges promptly and ensure strict compliance with process standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory Requirement: Prior leadership experience managing US processes or international campaigns (experienced candidates only). • Exceptional communication, people leadership, and coordination skills. • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and growth-oriented attitude. • High professional standards and a strong target-driven focus.
