Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for Japanese Language Expert – Customer Service in Noida, Delhi NCR. The opening is in the BPM / BPO industry under the Customer Support & Operations department. Total vacancies: 1. Immediate joining opportunity. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle customer queries in Japanese. • Provide customer support through calls and other communication channels. • Assist with Japanese-to-English translation. • Support Japanese-speaking customers. • Ensure excellent customer service. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Japanese language proficiency required. • JLPT N2 preferred. • Undergraduate candidates are eligible. • Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. • Immediate joiners preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Schedule: 5 Days Working with 2 Days Weekly Off. • Location: Noida, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, India. Compensation & Benefits: • Freshers: ₹40,000 per month (in-hand). • Experienced Candidates: ₹53,000 per month (in-hand). • 2 Days Weekly Off.
