• Role & Company / Project Overview: Magnon Group is seeking a creatively driven Copywriter Lead / Copy Supervisor with 7 to 10 years of advertising agency experience to lead and elevate creative copy. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop big ideas, campaign platforms, concepts, headlines, scripts, and copy. - Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. - Supervise creative quality and mentor copy talent. - Collaborate closely with Art, Creative, Strategy, Accounts, and Production teams. - Present creative thinking to clients and contribute actively to pitches. - Explore AI and emerging creative tools to enhance workflows and ideation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 7-10 years of advertising agency experience. - Strong conceptual thinking, advertising craft, and deep brand understanding. - Demonstrated strategic thinking. - Proven experience leading and supervising creative work. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Role Type: Full-time Consultant. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit an updated resume along with their portfolio.
