Role & Company / Project Overview: An Integrated Advertising Agency is hiring an Associate Creative Director - Copy to lead creative writing, concepts, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Write and oversee digital-first copy across diverse formats, including short-form, long-form, social media, video, and creator content. • Think holistically beyond standard copywriting to develop high-level creative ideas, concepts, and detailed scripts. • Collaborate with creative teams to drive engaging, integrated advertising campaigns. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6 to 8 years of relevant copywriting and creative experience, preferably within an advertising agency setting. • Strong digital-first copy skills with a versatile portfolio. • Proven ability to write across varied formats (short-form, long-form, social, video scripts, and creator content). • Demonstrated capability in conceptual thinking, ideation, and scriptwriting. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Schedule: 5 Days a week. • Work Model: Work From Office (onsite).
