Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Platform Lead / SaaS Platform Architect for a long-term contract role at our client HealthFirst. This role is focused on owning enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, and technical architecture rather than traditional system administration or support functions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Own SaaS platform architecture and technical governance across enterprise platforms • Lead architecture discussions and actively evaluate/challenge vendor technical proposals • Troubleshoot complex integrations and perform comprehensive data-flow analysis • Map business workflows directly into robust API and integration specifications • Understand and manage downstream impacts of enterprise platform changes • Guide internal technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Must-Have Skills: - Strong experience in REST APIs and enterprise integrations - Deep understanding of JSON and JSON Schema - Proven track record in SaaS platform architecture and technical ownership - In-depth knowledge of identity and access protocols: SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) - Extensive experience with integration troubleshooting and data-flow analysis - Vendor technical evaluation and architecture discussion leadership - Solid understanding of downstream impact of platform modifications - Experience mapping business workflows to APIs and integrations - Proven ability working across cross-functional enterprise teams • Highly Preferred Experience: - iCertis / CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platforms - GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) platforms - Experience operating in regulated enterprise environments - Enterprise workflow automation design Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: New York City, New York, United States (Onsite) • Position Type: Long-Term Contract (C2C / W2) Application Instructions • Interested candidates or bench candidates may submit their updated resume along with current location, work authorization, and availability.
