• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Java Developer for an 11-month contract role in the Financial Services / Banking domain. This role is strictly open to local candidates. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver hands-on coding and development expertise for scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. - Build and maintain microservices and distributed systems supporting financial services and banking platforms. - Design and implement APIs and event-driven architectures. - Work on cloud modernization initiatives utilizing containerization, messaging systems, and CI/CD automation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Mandatory Financial Services / Banking domain experience. - Strong hands-on coding experience with Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot. - In-depth understanding of Microservices Architecture. - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Experience with Kafka & Pub/Sub messaging frameworks. - Experience with Docker & GitHub Actions (CI/CD). - Database proficiency in PostgreSQL / Azure SQL as well as BigQuery. - Python programming knowledge. - Strong expertise in API design and event-driven architecture. - Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud modernization. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: New York City, NY (Local candidates only). - Work Arrangement: 5 days Onsite. - Contract Duration: 11 Months Contract. • Application Instructions Interested candidates should share their updated resume along with current location, work authorization, and availability via the provided contact email.
