Role & Company / Project Overview: Nepal Living Connecting I.T Solution Pvt. Ltd. (NLCITS) / Star Group of Companies is seeking a highly experienced, responsible, accountable, and results-driven IT Project Manager to supervise ongoing IT projects, lead, manage, and deliver CRM and software development initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Independently monitor and supervise CRM and website developers. • Track project milestones, deadlines, and pending tasks. • Test CRM modules and verify all features. • Monitor candidate registration, payments, approvals, refunds, and deployment workflows. • Identify technical issues, document bugs, and ensure proper resolution. • Maintain project documentation, testing reports, and trackers. • Conduct regular online meetings and provide weekly reports. • Ensure proper access control, backups, and company ownership of project assets. • Report directly to the Managing Director. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven and extensive experience in IT project management, CRM implementation, or software delivery. • Strong understanding of web applications, software testing, QA, bug tracking, and release/deployment workflows. • Demonstrated experience managing developers and technical teams. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills. • Highly responsible, accountable, and capable of working independently. • Experience with recruitment CRM, HRMS, ERP, or financial management systems will be an advantage. • Only experienced candidates with a strong track record are encouraged to apply. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Remote working setup (Nepal preferred). • Part-Time / Contract employment: initial contract of 3 months with possibility of extension to 6 months. Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
