• Role & Company / Project Overview: Froxjob is seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Manager to lead automation, electrical systems, and process control functions at a leading manufacturing facility within the Manufacturing / FMCG industry in Nawalparasi, Nepal. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead automation, electrical maintenance, and process control operations. - Ensure equipment reliability, system availability, and minimum production downtime. - Manage PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation systems. - Drive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Oversee maintenance planning, CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and technical projects. - Lead and develop the automation and electrical maintenance team. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role. - Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, industrial automation, and process control systems. - Experience in FMCG, breweries, food and beverage, or other process-driven manufacturing industries is highly preferred. - Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and team management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Nawalparasi, Nepal. - Onsite manufacturing plant facility. • Application Instructions: - Please share your CV directly via the provided recruitment email address or telephone contact.
