Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an L1 Infrastructure Support Engineer to support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, monitor systems, troubleshoot basic incidents, and coordinate with L2 and vendor teams to ensure smooth service delivery. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform day-to-day Windows and Linux OS administration and monitoring. - Troubleshoot L1 infrastructure incidents and service requests. - Support OS patching, security updates, and vulnerability remediation. - Monitor servers, storage, backup, network, security, and virtualization infrastructure. - Perform basic Hyper-V monitoring and health checks. - Provide application support and coordinate incident resolution. - Monitor backup activities and coordinate backup-related issues. - Conduct periodic infrastructure health checks and maintain operational documentation. - Escalate unresolved issues to L2, OEM, or application teams. - Ensure timely incident handling and compliance with defined SLAs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 2–3 Years (preferred). - Hands-on experience or familiarity with Windows and Linux OS administration. - Familiarity with Hyper-V monitoring, system patching, backups, and network/security/virtualization infrastructure monitoring. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, India. • Application Instructions - Interested and relevant candidates may apply by sharing their resume.
