• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our enterprise infrastructure across Servers, Cloud, SAP Basis, Networking, Backup & Disaster Recovery. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP & VMware/Hyper-V - Lead SAP Basis administration – ECC / S/4HANA - Manage Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure & hybrid connectivity - Oversee LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPN & Network Security - Drive Backup, Storage & Disaster Recovery (RTO/RPO) - Lead infrastructure security, audits, incident management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) - Mentor the infrastructure team and drive operational excellence • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7–10+ years in IT Infrastructure - 3+ years in a Senior/Lead/Managerial role - Strong hands-on SAP Basis experience - Experience with Azure/AWS - Strong Windows Server, Networking, VMware/Hyper-V & Disaster Recovery expertise - Excellent troubleshooting, leadership & stakeholder management skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time position based onsite in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resume via email or WhatsApp.
