• Role & Company / Project Overview Opening for Customer Support operations covering Europe Operations based in Ghansoli, open to both freshers and experienced candidates. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support European operations through voice/customer interaction channels. - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and operational requests. - Maintain operational SLA metrics, quality standards, and documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - HSC or Graduate freshers accepted. - Candidates with prior customer service experience also eligible. - Good communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. - Batch date: 29th October (Thursday). • Compensation & Benefits - HSC / Graduate Freshers: 23,000 INR per month (23K). - Experienced candidates: Up to 30,000 INR per month (Up to 30K). • Application Instructions - Contact HR Aarti to apply.
