Role & Company / Project Overview: Cure Tech Services is hiring an experienced RabbitMQ Administrator with 4+ years of experience to join the team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role focuses on RabbitMQ cluster administration, Linux/RHEL operations, troubleshooting, automation, and messaging middleware production support. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Install, configure, and maintain RabbitMQ clusters, including exchanges, queues, bindings, vhosts, federation, shovels, clustering, and high availability (HA). • Troubleshoot complex issues through log analysis, thread dumps, heap/memory dumps, support bundle collection, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). • Implement RabbitMQ security using SSL/TLS, LDAP integration, and user access permissions. • Perform RabbitMQ upgrades, backups, and message store optimization. • Develop Shell scripts for health checks, scheduled maintenance, and automated node startup, shutdown, and restart activities. • Conduct RHEL administration tasks, networking diagnostics (tcpdump, traceroute, netstat, ss), and storage/LVM management. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in RabbitMQ administration, Linux/RHEL operations, messaging middleware, and production support. • Strong hands-on expertise in RabbitMQ cluster administration, security hardening, and scripting. • Basic understanding of caching concepts, IMDG, NoSQL databases, Kubernetes architecture, pod lifecycle, deployments, and CI/CD/DevOps integration.
