• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Data Governance Consultant for an 8+ months engagement to support Tennessee’s enterprise data governance program and assist state agencies in establishing, maturing, and sustaining enterprise data governance practices. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support Tennessee’s enterprise data governance program across state agencies. - Help establish, mature, and sustain comprehensive data governance practices. - Conduct governance maturity assessments and formulate actionable roadmaps. - Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate collaborative workshops. - Drive change management, communication, and organizational adoption across initiatives. - Develop and deliver training programs on governance and data stewardship. - Formulate, document, and maintain governance policies, standards, and operational controls. - Oversee executive communications, reporting, and strategic program documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Enterprise Data Governance & Data Management - AI Governance & Responsible AI frameworks - Data Quality, Metadata Management & Data Lineage - Data Ownership & Data Stewardship implementation - Business Glossary, Data Dictionary & Data Inventory management - Privacy, Security, Risk & Regulatory Compliance • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Hybrid) - Nashville and Tennessee-based candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. - Duration: 8+ Months contract • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume to the contact email provided.
